Kevin Neville
Independent Chairman

Kevin is a Chartered Accountant by profession, with an extensive career in professional services with Moore Stephens, later ShineWing Australia, including roles as Managing Partner, Head of Assurance and Chair of the National Moore Stephens network.

Since stepping down from the firm, Kevin is now an active Non-Executive Director in both the For Profit and For Service sectors. Kevin is Chair of Fund Manager – RF Corval Partners Ltd, Disability Service Provider – Interact Australia Ltd, Retirement Living & Residential Care Provider – The Old Colonists Association of Victoria, Professional Services Firm – Lanyon Partners and is a Director of IntoWork Australia, a national Specialist Recruitment, Employment and Training Services Provider, and MAS National Ltd, an Apprenticeship Support Service Provider.

Rob Rayner
Co-Founder, Director and Chief Executive Officer, Member – RF Corval Investment Committee

Rob is a founder and CEO of RF Corval.

He has overall responsibility for the business, including investment decisions, capital management and the establishment of property investment vehicles. Rob has over 30 years of experience in the Australian financial services and property industry, with wide-ranging involvement in the establishment, re-structuring and on-going management of various property funds on behalf of both retail and private wholesale investors, family offices and institutional mandates.

Rob has a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University and is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Financial Securities Institute of Australia.

Kerr Bray
Chief Operating Officer and Director, Member – RF Corval Investment Committee

Kerr is responsible for the establishment, investment and ongoing management of institutional funds and mandates. He has overall responsibility for all aspects of these funds including establishing the fund strategy, raising capital, acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, financing and investor relations and communication. 

Kerr has over 30 years of experience in the financials services, property and funds management industries and has managed both listed and unlisted funds in Australia and Europe. Kerr previously worked for ING Real Estate as Fund Manager for a listed retail property trust and for Tishman Speyer in Europe in a number of senior roles including managing the group’s pan-European core office funds with total assets in excess of $4 billion.

Kerr has a Bachelor of Commerce and Finance from the University of Western Australia and is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.

Chris Judd
Independent Member – RF Corval Investment Committee

Chris has 35 years of Real Estate and Real Estate Funds management experience in senior executive and governance roles in public and private markets across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Chris has had various senior executive leadership roles including Head of Real Estate Funds Management for AMP Capital Australia with executive and governance responsibilities in Australia and New Zealand for a A$20b+ platform. More recently Chris consulted to Blackstone Real Estate Australia on the Milestone transaction.

Chris is an independent Non-Executive Director of NZX listed Precinct Properties and a registered valuer, being an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. Chris was the inaugural chairman of the Property Council of Australia’s Unlisted Property Roundtable and was a member of the International and Capital Markets Division Committee.

John Dillon
Independent Member – RF Corval Investment Committee

John brings deep real estate and investment management experience across various market sectors. He commenced his career in valuations working with Jones Lang LaSalle in Melbourne, Hong Kong, Brisbane and Sydney before moving into senior asset and fund management roles in the listed and unlisted sectors with Colonial First State Global Asset Management, Lend Lease and Dexus where he established the Dexus Healthcare Property Fund. John has worked across real estate markets including office, retail, industrial and healthcare.

He has extensive experience with major asset acquisitions, divestments, strategic asset and portfolio reviews, developments, refurbishments and lease negotiations supported by well developed technical skills as a valuer providing a comprehensive understanding of real estate and the drivers of value.

John is a graduate of RMIT (Associate Diploma in Valuation), has a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia and is a member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is a past chair of the NSW Property Council Office Committee.

Allegra Bauchinger
Development Manager

Allegra joined Corval in 2024, strengthening our development team. She brings with her ten years’ experience working as a Project and Development Manager in the construction and property industries. With a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, large-scale developments from conception to completion.

Allegra holds a Bachelor of Construction Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney.

Andrew Jackson
Head of Agricultural Real Estate

Andrew joined RF Corval in 2024 to expand our presence in this agricultural sector, leveraging the investments that we have made in this sector to date, including the RF Corval Glasshouse Fund. Andrew’s will focus on identifying, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities within the agricultural industry, including agricultural-backed real estate opportunities as well as potential equity investments in operating entities.  Andrew brings extensive commercial, strategic and M&A experience, having held multiple executive roles at Coles Group following a successful career at Deloitte.

Andrew holds an MBA and bachelor’s degrees in commerce and arts from Monash University in Melbourne.

Ann Ellis
Accounts Payable

Ann joined the RF Group in 2016 and more recently, RF Corval in April 2020. Ann works closely with the finance team and is responsible for the full end-to-end Accounts Payable function which includes month end reconciliations, coding and processing of invoices across multiple entities and banking platforms. She has worked in AP for over 15 years having previously worked for Continental Airlines, Northwest Airlines and Newedge Australia.

Anna Cruse
Head of Private Clients

Anna is responsible for managing and growing RF Corval’s private client network. Anna’s network encompasses multi-family offices, single family offices, independent advisory firms and high net worth individuals.

Anna brings over 17 years experience in outstanding client engagement built across both the private banking and financial services sectors. Anna started her career in private banking running a money market and foreign currency treasury desk whilst also offering investments in private equity, property and an aircraft fund within the investment bank. Prior to joining RF Corval, she spent 10 years building a $1b private debt fund for a Melbourne based private debt investment house.

Anna Phu
Senior Accountant

Joining RF Corval in April 2022, Anna’s key responsibilities include preparing monthly and annual financial reports, income tax returns, investor reporting and distributions. Anna has over 10 years’ experience in the property industry previously working at CBRE within real estate accounting services in a team providing specialised property and fund level accounting reports and solutions for private and portfolio clients in Australia, New Zealand and Asia Pacific.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales and is a Certified Practising Accountant.

Benn Vicic
Head of Strategic Commercial Projects

Benn is the Head of Strategic Commercial Projects within the Asset Management team and has over 25 years of industry experience. He has responsibility for managing tenant relationships, negotiating leases, overseeing property management, managing capital work programs, assisting with portfolio reporting as well as delivering sustainability targets.

Benn joined RF Corval in 2013 having previously worked at Charter Hall where he was responsible for the performance and operations of an unlisted Diversified Property Fund as well as multiple syndicates comprising office, industrial and retail assets with a combined value of +$350m and over 100 tenants. Prior to that, Benn worked for CBRE, Knight Frank and Winten Property Group, acquiring experience across a variety of areas including acquisitions, disposals, development feasibility, portfolio and asset management and valuations.

Benn holds a Bachelor of Business Degree specialising in Property Valuations from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, is a Certified Practising Valuer and an Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute.

Carina Shepherd
Asset Manager

Carina is an Asset Manager with over 20 years of industry experience, and is responsible for establishing and implementing asset management strategies to maximise value for investors. She has responsibility for managing tenant relationships, negotiating leases, overseeing property management, managing capital work programs, assisting with portfolio reporting as well as delivering sustainability targets.

Carina joined Corval in 2023 having previously held various roles across large real estate groups including Goodman, Centuria as well as Head of NSW Commercial Property and Asset Management at JLL. Her background working with core-plus and value-add management has provided her with strong transactional delivery skills and leading positions in implementing GRESB reporting and ESG standards.

Carina holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology, Sydney and a Diploma of Asset Management from the Property Council of Australia. In 2023 she was awarded as the highest achiever award for the 2022 PCA Asset Management Industry Diploma and in 2012 she received the API, Eureka Funds Management Young Achiever of the Year Award for her contribution to young property professionals.

Con Tsioulos
Head of Asset Management

Con is the Head of Asset Management for RF Corval bringing over 25 years of industry experience and is responsible for establishing and implementing asset management strategies to maximise value for investors. He has responsibility for managing tenant relationships, negotiating leases, overseeing property management, managing capital work programs, assisting with portfolio reporting as well as delivering sustainability targets.

Con joined RF Corval in 2013 having previously worked for Fortius Funds Management and JLL where he managed over $1.5b of Australian office, retail and industrial real estate on behalf of some of Australia’s largest institutional investors.

Con holds a Bachelor of Land Economics from the University of Technology.

Eddie Underwood
Fund Manager

Eddie joined RF Corval in 2024 and is responsible for managing the RF Corval MHE Fund, working with this fund’s operating partner to manage the existing portfolio and acquire new projects within the land lease sector. Prior to joining RF Corval, Eddie held key roles at Lincoln Place, a leading land lease community operator, serving as both Capital Transactions Manager and Assistant Fund Manager. In these roles, Eddie played a pivotal part in identifying and securing new investment opportunities for the portfolio, while also supporting the strategic management of multiple single-asset funds. Before Lincoln Place, Eddie worked as an Investment Analyst at Region Group, a listed manager of convenience-based retail properties and a Senior Associate at Macquarie Bank.

Eddie holds a Bachelor of Business (Management) degree from the University of Technology Sydney.

Gareth Dingle
Senior Transaction Manager

Gareth joined RF Corval in 2015 and is part of the capital transactions team, focusing on identifying and analysing opportunities as well as managing the due diligence process. 

Gareth has previously held positions within major real estate firm CBRE, most recently as a commercial valuer specialising in  institutional assets and prior to this in CBRE’s Global Research and Consulting division.

Gareth holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Western Sydney and is a Certified Practising Valuer.

Giverny Reid
Head of Creative

Giverny joined RF Corval in 2024 as Head of Creative and brand guardian, overseeing the group’s ongoing marketing material with her distinctive flair and expertise. An award-winning creative and marketing leader in real estate, she was recognised as realestate.com.au’s ‘Marketer of the Year’ in 2022. Previously, she shaped one of Australia’s most iconic property brands as Creative and Marketing Director at Crown Group.  Known for her passion for property, luxury, and storytelling, Giverny also contributes her insights as a judge for the Urban Developer Institute of Australia (UDIA) Awards for Marketing Excellence, aiming to raise industry standards through her innovative perspective.

Jake Bagatella
Asset Manager

Jake is an Asset Manager with over 8 years of industry experience, responsible for establishing and implementing asset management strategies to maximise value for investors. He has responsibility for managing tenant relationships, negotiating leases, overseeing property management, managing capital work programs, assisting with portfolio reporting as well as delivering sustainability targets.

Jake joined RF Corval in 2022 having previously worked at ESR Australia as a Senior Property Manager. During his time at ESR Australia, Jake managed a diverse portfolio of Industrial and Commercial assets across the Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane markets.

Jimmy Byrne
Head of Adviser Funds

Jimmy has over 18 years experience in funds management and capital markets as well as product development and governance. He is primarily responsible for RF Corval’s advisory, consultant and investor relations across the platform of RF Corval investment strategies.

Prior to RF Corval Jimmy spent 15 years with Macquarie Group within the Equity Markets and Asset Management divisions. Jimmy’s experience covers a broad range of asset classes including fixed income, Australian, Global & Emerging Market equities, infrastructure & property as well as both liquid and illiquid Alternative assets.

Jimmy holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Bachelor of Science degree from the University of NSW.

Kim Tan
Senior Accountant

Kim joined RF Corval in 2012 and is responsible for the preparation of the financial statements and tax returns for both RF Corval and its funds, as well as the preparation and issuance of investor financial information and other reports. She is also involved in the compliance and payroll functions for the group. Kim has been in the professional services and accounting and finance industry for over 15 years, having worked previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers and other public accounting practices in both Perth and Sydney.

Kim holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Information Systems from Curtin University of Technology and is a Certified Practising Accountant.

Maria Verner
Senior Investment Manager, Hotels

Maria is responsible for hotel development, acquisitions and asset management at Corval, including identifying, sourcing and evaluating opportunities, feasibility, hotel operator selection and negotiation of contracts.

Prior to joining RF Corval, Maria was Development Manager for Marriott International / Starwood Hotels & Resorts, responsible for growing the company’s portfolio of brands across Australia, New Zealand, Pacific region. During her tenure, Maria was involved in 20+ hotel management agreement signings and was responsible for bringing new brands to market. Prior to this, Maria worked at Colliers International and JLL Hotels in Auckland and brings experience in commercial property including valuations, consultancy, development and di-vestment of assets with a primary focus on hotels.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Property and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.

Michael Hua
Senior Fund Manager

Michael is responsible for the management of RF Corval’s institutional funds as well as identifying and sourcing new domestic and offshore capital partners. He also leads RF Corval’s ESG initiatives which includes establishing principles for responsible investing and management across the entire business. Prior to joining RF Corval in 2012, Michael spent 6 years in Institutional Real Estate with Stockland where he was the Assistant Fund Manager for Stockland’s unlisted retail funds platform, which had over $500m of funds under management. Before this, Michael was at JLL within the research and consulting team, focusing on office and industrial markets for institutional clients. Michael has experience and in-depth knowledge in financial modelling, management reporting, valuation, investor relations and funds management.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Western Sydney and is a Certified Practicing Valuer and a member of the Australian Property Institute and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Nafeesha Kumar
Office Assistant

Nafeesha is responsible for the organisation and running of the daily administration operations of RF Corval and provides an important support role to the RF Corval team.

Natasha Oryl
Asset Manager

Natasha is an Asset Manager with over 8 years industry experience, responsible for establishing and implementing asset management strategies to maximise value for investors. She has responsibility for managing tenant relationships, negotiating leases, overseeing property management, managing capital work programs, assisting with portfolio reporting as well as delivering sustainability targets.

Natasha joined RF Corval in 2021 having previously worked at Savills in Sydney for 5 years as a Senior Property Manager where she was responsible for a diverse portfolio of office and industrial properties on behalf of both institutional and private investors.

Noella Tsang
Chief Financial Officer

Noella has been with RF Corval since 2010 and has overall responsibility for financial and management reporting, taxation, human resources and compliance for the group. Noella has over 20 years of experience in the property and financial services industry. She previously worked for Brookfield Multiplex within the funds management division, as a Fund Manager for one of the group’s listed property funds and as an Analyst for several of the unlisted funds, as well as being involved in various capital transactions. Prior to this she was with the chartered accounting firm Felsers (since renamed Accru).

Noella holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales and is an associate member of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the Financial Securities Institute of Australia.

Oliver Picone
Chief Investment Officer

Oliver is responsible for acquisitions and divestments at RF Corval, including identifying, sourcing and analysing opportunities as well as managing due diligence and contract negotiations. Since joining RF Corval in 2012, Oliver has acquired in excess of $1.5b of real estate. He is also involved in developing and monitoring asset management strategies, with a focus on maximising disposal values and investor returns.

Oliver has worked in the commercial property industry for over 16 years, having previously held positions within major commercial valuation firms, including CBRE, DTZ and Urbis.

Oliver holds a Bachelor of Property Economics with a sub major in Property Analysis from the University of Technology Sydney and is a Certified Practicing Valuer.

Philippa Duncanson
Senior Asset Manager

Philippa is an Asset Manager with over 15 years of industry experience, responsible for establishing and implementing asset management strategies to maximise value for investors. She has responsibility for managing tenant relationships, negotiating leases, overseeing property management, managing capital work programs, assisting with portfolio reporting as well as delivering sustainability targets.

Philippa joined RF Corval in 2015 having previously worked in leasing and sales in Australia and New Zealand for both CBRE and Knight Frank including managing a +$500 million portfolio with over 90 tenants on behalf of both institutional and private investors.

Philippa holds a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland, Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and was commended for the Australian Property Institute Young Achiever of the year award in 2014.

Sanjeev Sahota
Fund Manager

Sanjeev is the Fund Manager for the RF Corval Property Fund and has overall responsibility for setting the Fund’s strategy and capital management. Sanjeev works with the wider RF Corval team to formulate asset plans for each of the Fund’s properties and make acquisitions and divestments. Prior to joining Corval in 2019, Sanjeev spent 5 years in Institutional Real Estate with The GPT Group where held a number of positions across the platform including valuations, funds management and asset management. Most recently Sanjeev was employed by GPT’s Wholesale Office Fund, a $7 billion unlisted fund providing investors with exposure to office assets, located in Australia’s major office markets. Before this Sanjeev was employed by MSCI in London and Sydney.

Sanjeev holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from Royal Holloway University of London.

Tim Nation
Senior Fund Manager

Tim leads the investor engagement and development of new investment strategies for the institutional market.

With over 24 years experience in global real estate and funds management businesses, Tim joined RF Corval after 11 years in senior leadership roles at AMP Capital, and prior to that 13 years at DTZ, now Cushman & Wakefield in Sydney, Auckland and London. Tim has a wide range and depth of experience including capital raising, transactions, governance and fund management.

Tim has Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Administration) degrees from the University of Tasmania and is an active member of the Asian Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV).
