The Corval Cherry Creek Trust is currently in exclusivity to acquire an estimated 50-55% interest in Cherry Creek, an established integrated agribusiness combining avocado cultivation with premium avocado oil production. The business has been successfully operating for over eight years.
Cherry Creek spans approximately 675 hectares, including 265 hectares of mature avocado orchards, producing around two million kilograms of fruit annually. It also features a purpose-built oil extraction facility with annual production of approximately 350,000 litres of avocado oil.
The business has developed a diversified and expanding distribution network across both domestic and international markets, currently exporting to 18 countries. It is also in advanced discussions with major retail partners and international distributors, which are expected to further support its growth trajectory.
